We want you to be confident trying Apider. This page explains exactly when refunds apply and how to request one.

Pro Plan — 14-Day Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends — no charge, no refund request needed.

Refund Eligibility by Scenario

✓ Full refund

You were charged within the last 7 days and have not used the Service after the trial ended (zero post-trial executions).

→ Case-by-case

A technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period.

✕ Not eligible

The Service was used (executions ran), the 7-day window has passed, or the request is for a reason unrelated to Service availability.

✕ Annual plans

Annual subscriptions (Pro Yearly, Business Yearly) are non-refundable after 7 days from the charge date.

Overage charges are not refunded — they reflect real execution usage beyond your plan limit. You can monitor usage in the management dashboard.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email frostcore@jafa.dev with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address on your Apider account and the date of the charge.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the request.
  4. We will respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately but does not pro-rate or refund unused days in the current period. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for.

To cancel, contact us at frostcore@jafa.dev or manage your subscription directly through the Paddle customer portal (link included in your billing confirmation email).

Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost, so no refunds apply. If you hit your 2,000 execution limit, upgrade to Pro or wait for your counter to reset on your 30-day cycle.
